WebOct 21, 2009 · Don't know enough about other pads to recommend. The Red Stuff were very noisy for a long time (5,000 miles), had a long bed in period, and were very dusty. If you were fine with the pads that were on the car, just replace with a similar pad from any auto parts store. I hear Raybestos work well. WebNov 1, 2024 · Hawk has decided to no longer make HPS pads for the RS Brembos. So I'm looking into other options. Car is daily driven with auto x and spirited drives. Looks for similar bite and dust levels to the HPS pads. Sent from another garage. I ran them on my STI. Didn't like them. Worse in almost every way than the Red Stuff pads I was running before.
