WebHello! I've gotten a septum piercing just over 2 months ago now (early February). I've noticed that ever since then, my nose has been very flaky and pink/red. I've been trying to find anyone with a similar experience online and it looks like for a lot of them, the source of the flaking was the saline solution they were using.
