WebCtrl-Break on a Surface Book 1? Title says it all. I haven't been able to find a way to send a Ctrl-Break key sequence successfully via my Surface Book 1. Weird thing is, when I tried to send a 'Break' signal via a terminal program (SecureCRT, Putty), it doesn't work either. Any ideas folks?
